Knight Frank Singapore is one of the few estate firms in Singapore experienced and qualified enough to successfully organise and auction an average of more than 500 properties a year.

Through up-to-date analysis of market conditions, we provide advice on sale prices and recommend the most appropriate time to place the property on sale. In this way, our clients are able to secure optimum market pries within a minimum time frame.

Being a forerunner in auctioning has levied the profile and exposure for Knight Frank Singapore tremendously. Knight Frank Singapore's Auction team is the first and only auction house in Singapore to obtain the prestigious ISO 9002 award. The certificate scheme is conferred by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance who recognizes outstanding companies, which have properly well designed and implemented quality systems.
